Inbound

Inbound Travel Consultant (Scuba Diving and Golf)

Successful applicants will undergo basic training, after which they will be required to handle the travel requirements of our scuba diving and golf clients, liaise with the agents, and arrange hotels and transfers. Emphasis is placed on speed and efficiency. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• Good command of oral and written English
• Able to work well under pressure, and with minimum supervision
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of scuba diving (e.g. PADI open water license) is an advantage

Inbound Travel Consultant (Dot Com Market)

Successful applicants will undergo basic training, after which they will be required to handle the travel requirements of our Internet-based agents’ clients, liaise with the agents, and arrange hotels and transfers. Emphasis is placed on speed and efficiency. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• Good command of oral and written English
• Able to work well under pressure, and with minimum supervision
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of at least one foreign language
  other than English is an advantage

Hotel Rate and Product Range Analyst

Successful applicant will be responsible for hotel rate analysis – comparing our contracted and published prices with those of our competitors and also the published rates of the hotels that we are selling. The successful applicant will also be responsible for identifying properties that might be suitable for including in our list of approved hotels (based on rate structure, etc):

• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• Good command of oral and written English
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with numbers
• Background in accounting / finance / information technology / mathematics / statistics
• Self motivated, lateral thinker

Outbound

Outbound Travel Consultant

Successful applicants will undergo basic training, after which they will be required to handle international flight and hotel requirements of outbound clients. They will be required to deal with both corporate and leisure travellers. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• At least one year of travel industry experience
• Able to work well under pressure, and with minimum supervision
• Good command of oral and written English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Abacus reservations and ticketing system

Corporate Sales Executive

Human Resources

HR Manager

The manager of the HR department will be a strategic partner, an employee advocate and a change mentor. At the same time, he or she will have responsibility for employee benefits administration, payroll, and employee welfare. Specific responsibilities will include: hiring, training, performance management, policy recommendation, salary and benefits, team building, and employee relations. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• Good command of oral and written English
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience at a supervisory / managerial level is an advantage

Systems Administrator

• Familiar with Remote Console, VPN
• Background in accounting / TA operations / logistics / retail / inventory systems

Other

Management Trainee

Successful applicants will undergo one year of intensive training, during which time they will be assigned to every department of the company in order to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of daily operations. At the end of the year, applicants will be assigned to a management position in the company based upon their performance over the previous twelve months. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• College Graduate (or equivalent)
• Self-motivated and hard working
• Good command of oral and written English
• Lateral thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language an advantage
