Hotel Rate and Product Range AnalystSuccessful applicant will be responsible for hotel rate analysis – comparing our contracted and published prices with those of our competitors and also the published rates of the hotels that we are selling. The successful applicant will also be responsible for identifying properties that might be suitable for including in our list of approved hotels (based on rate structure, etc):
OutboundOutbound Travel ConsultantSuccessful applicants will undergo basic training, after which they will be required to handle international flight and hotel requirements of outbound clients. They will be required to deal with both corporate and leisure travellers. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Corporate Sales ExecutiveSuccessful applicants will undergo basic training, after which they will be required to handle the travel requirements of corporate accounts. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Human ResourcesHR ManagerThe manager of the HR department will be a strategic partner, an employee advocate and a change mentor. At the same time, he or she will have responsibility for employee benefits administration, payroll, and employee welfare. Specific responsibilities will include: hiring, training, performance management, policy recommendation, salary and benefits, team building, and employee relations. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
IT / MISSystems Administrator
Programmer / Database Administrator
OtherManagement TraineeSuccessful applicants will undergo one year of intensive training, during which time they will be assigned to every department of the company in order to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of daily operations. At the end of the year, applicants will be assigned to a management position in the company based upon their performance over the previous twelve months.
